Privacy Policy: We honor your privacy. We will never sell, rent or distribute your customer information to any third party. All personal information submitted to Braziltreasures.com is held in the strictest confidence, and is encrypted via 128 BIT SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. Additionally all credit-card transactions are encrypted over 128 bit SSL connection.

Genuine Items: We guarantee that all of our products are accurately described, and that we will ship you the genuine item that you paid for. Most of our items are one-of-a-kind originals, and are photographed and presented individually. Product photos have not been enhanced, and product descriptions are as precise as possible.

Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email or phone us within one week of receiving it, and we will arrange either an exchange, full refund (minus shipping costs) or credit for you. Return items should be repacked in their original packaging (or something equally protective) to prevent breakage.

Damaged Merchandise: We ship all items fully insured, carefully packaged with extra protection to prevent damage in transit. However, should damage occur in shipping, it must be reported immediately to the specific carrier for a refund. Please save all packing materials for any such dealings with the carrier.

Custom Orders: We welcome custom orders! If you see an item on our site that you would like personally customized, please email or phone us about it. We work very closely with our artist and craftspeople friends in Brazil, and frequently have special items designed and created on request. Let us know what you would like, and we will see what we can do! (Once we accept a custom order, a deposit will be requested.)

Wholesale Orders: If you are a licensed retailer and are interested in purchasing any of our products at wholesale pricing in order to resell them at retail, please email your request and State Sales Tax # to sales@braziltreasures.com, and we will get back to you.
